Arrived to home for inspection. Only found a few issues. Customer main concern was stoppers for the tub which had linkages that came disconnected. Gave options to replace trim. Customer also has 2 brass tailpieces under two different kitchen sinks and we recommend replacement due to brass thinning on drainage. Other things inspector brought up were not issues. Gave options. As part of inspection I cleaned out aerator because faucet had low pressure. Shower head in primary was leaking but customer wanted to replace himself. Hardness 3 Ph 7 Pressure 45
